Smoothie Bowl With Chia Pudding

Hi lovely friends! I want to show you my super delicious smoothie bowl recipe and this is just one out of 100. There are so many different ways to make smoothie bowls, but this one is by far one of my top favourites and, believe it or not, it is super quick and easy plus it’s packed with natures most amazing nutrients. So let’s get started!

For this smoothie bowl you will need the following ingredients:

  • 3 large frozen bananas
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 3-5 tbsp of water (depending on how thick you like your smoothie)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 8-10 tbsp of nut milk

2BearbeitetTake 2 tbsp chia seeds with 8-10 tbsp nut milk (I used soy milk). Let it sit for a few hours or overnight. I make mine the night before and put it in the fridge, that’s it, super simple!

For the smoothie bowl you’re going to need some sort of blender or food processor. Put all of the ingredients into your blender and blend until combined and really smooth. Add more water if needed.

After achieving your desired consistency, poor all of the smoothie into a bowl and poor your chia pudding on top of it.

4BearbeitetNow it’s time for the fun part; toppings! I love to be creative and make my bowl look as beautiful as possible. It just makes it more fun! Feel free to use whatever toppings you like.

Toppings I used:

  • 4 strawberries
  • 1 kiwi
  • 2 dates
  • 1/2 cup homemade granola (let me know if you want a full recipe on how to make your own granola)
  • sprinkle of shredded coconut
  • some walnut halves

6BearbeitetIt’s so simple but soooo delicious and packed with healthy vitamins. Nutrients found in this smoothie bowl are…:

all the essential amino acids (protein), omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, B vitamins 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6, plenty of folate, vitamin A, C, E, K and finally the minerals calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, zinc, phosphorus and selenium.

This bowl is a real superfood bowl and it seriously feels like a treat. It’s so sweet and creamy, just so yummy! So jump into your kitchen and make yourself a healthy superfood treat. I promise, you won’t be disappointed!
