Today I’m sharing a quick and easy smoothie recipe with you. This one is my go-to green smoothie. It’s packed with amazing nutrients and tastes delicious! The weather here in Sydney has been absolutely beautiful the last couple of days, I’m really enjoying it to the fullest! I’ve been going for morning runs with my husband, long walks in the park and more. I love to start my day with a good workout and a green smoothie, so here’s my recipe.
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 2 cups chopped kale
- 1 tbsp barley grass powder
- 2 cups water
Put all of the ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth and creamy! Pour the mixture into you favourite glass or bottle! I also love decorating. I chose to use an orange, but feel free to use whatever you like! Be creative!
I really love making smoothies. It’s so easy, you just put all of the ingredients into a blender, blend it all up nice and smooth and there you go, you’ve got a great nutritious drink in less than 5 minutes, and the best part is: it’s so so good for you!
This smoothie is packed with so many amazing nutrients which are boosting your immune system, giving you beautiful skin from the inside out and detoxifying your body. I really hope you all love this bright green smoothie!
